My name is Jose Torres, and I am the founder of Moonveil Legal, P.C. I am proud to be a first-generation college and law school graduate, a journey shaped by resilience, determination, and a deep understanding of the challenges many in unfortunate situations face.

Before becoming an attorney, I worked as an agricultural laborer. That experience taught me the value of hard work and gave me a unique perspective on the struggles and sacrifices of immigrant communities. It is this foundation that drives my commitment to serve with compassion, respect, and integrity.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in History from San Diego State University and later graduated from California Western School of Law.

As a first-generation professional, I understand what it means to break barriers and create opportunities for future generations.
